Purpose:

Applicable to automatic loading of the woodwork industry , such as laminated floorboard, wood floor, flakeboard, and the middle density board.

Main parts of function:

1.Conveying line with power:convey the pallet of semi-manufactured flooring to hydraulic lift platform

2. Hydraulic lift platform:cooperate with the vacuum cupula to go up the same height as one floorboard thickness after one layer of the flooring moved off

3.Vacuum cupula automatic loading system: move several pieces of flooring automaticlly and flatly to the transverse  feeding line at a time

4.Transverse feeding line:transfer the flooring to the lengthways feeding line and make two floorings in a distant by the different speed of these two transfer lines

5.Lengthways feeding line:transfer to the lengways notching machine to machining after the flooings detached automaticly
